What precautions are taken in the bakery’s kitchen during the pandemic?All chefs in the bakery frequently sanitise their hands and use face masks all the time. Also, regular temperature check-ups are done for the staff.

How long will my cake keep their fresh taste?Our cakes will maintain their freshness for 5 days after delivery if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 5°C. Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Always keep our products refrigerated.

Can we customise the ingredients for food allergies?Yes, if your pet has an allergy, please let us know and we can tweak our recipes as per your dietary requirements.

Are the products pet friendly?Yes. We use human grade ingredients only. Our cakes and treats are made with rice flour, eggs, honey, pumpkin, coconut oil and home-made peanut butter. For the non-vegetarian cakes and treats we use fresh chicken.

How much should I feed my pet?Use your judgement as you know your pet best. We recommend that you adjust your pet’s normal meal size accordingly when giving them our cakes.

Do you deliver? Is there an additional cost?We deliver all over Mumbai, sometimes even at short notice. Yes, there is a delivery charge, which is calculated on the distance of the delivery address from our central kitchen in Powai, Mumbai.

How far in advance do I need to order my pet’s cake and treats?Ideally as soon as you know, but we can try and accommodate last minute orders that will be shipped within 3 hours.

How do I make a payment?We accept Google pay, Paytm and Bank transfers. All orders will need to be paid for in advance to confirm the order.

I want to throw a party for my pet but don’t know where to begin!Don’t worry, we’ll help you. Just call or message us and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your shipping policy?In order to provide the freshest quality cakes possible, Piper's Pet Bakery cakes are baked only after we receive your custom order. Cakes are shipped on priority within 24 hours. We cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event your product is damaged during shipping, please do not accept the cake and contact us immediately on receiving the damaged cake for a replacement or refund. Send us a photo of the damaged box and damaged product to +91 9819935135. NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. Great customer service is our highest priority.
